YOU CAN USE THE BAR BUT WE HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF BAR SPACE AND WILL LIMIT ANY QUEUES.

WE ARE STILL CASHLESS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS

ALL DRINKING TABLES ARE WALK-IN ONLY, WE DO ACCEPT WALK-IN’S FOR GAMING TABLES BUT BOOKINGS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

THOUGH THE SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY SCRAPPED OUR VENUES ARE SO BIG THAT WE ASK ALL OF YOU TO PLEASE GIVE PEOPLE WHO AREN’T IN YOUR PARTY SOME SPACE. WE WILL ALSO BE MANAGING CAPACITY TO ENSURE THIS

OUR VENUES CAN ONLY REOPEN IF WE ALL WORK TOGETHER

We’re asking that all customers stay home if they have had any Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days to avoid the spread of germs.

Please ensure that you and all members of your group abide by the latest Government guidelines on social distancing at all times.

We will be ENSURING THAT ALL GAMING TABLES/ALLEYS ETC.. AND EQUIPMENT ARE sanitised between each use.

We require all of our customers to sanitise their hands upon entry. We also have hand sanitiser available throughout the VENUES to be used as needed.

EXTRA RESOURCES FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY

We want to make sure our customers feel safe at all times while visiting our VENUE and disposable gloves are available on request.

EXTRA CLEANING PROCEDURES

WE ALREADY HELD HIGH STANDARDS AND WE HAVE MADE THEM HIGHER.

AS WELL AS THOROUGH CLEANING OF GAMING AREAS AND EQUIPMENT BETWEEN USES WE HAVE ALSO UPPED OUR REGULAR VENUE CLEANING TIMESCALES

OUR TEAMS HEALTH

WE ARE MAKING SURE THAT OUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE HEALTHY AND SAFE TO WORK.
ALL OF OUR STAFF WILL HAVE ONGOING TRAINING IN MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST CLEANING AND HYGIENE STANDARDS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMPHASISING FREQUENT AND PROPER HANDWASHING ROUTINES FOR BOTH STAFF AND CUSTOMERS
WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY TEAM MEMBER WHO IS SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNESS TO BE WITHIN THE VENUE AND WE WILL REQUIRE THEM TO ISOLATE AND FOLLOW THE GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES
OUR TEAM WILL BE WEARING RELEVANT PPE WHEN NECESSARY
