FILL OUT THE FORM ON THIS PAGE AND YOUR INFORMATION GOES DIRECTLY TO OUR BOOKINGS TEAM.

THE BOOKINGS TEAM WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH THE RELEVANT VENUE MANAGER STRAIGHT AWAY ON YOUR BEHALF.

WHY DON’T WE JUST ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO CONTACT THE MANAGER? SOME VENUES DON’T OPEN EVERYDAY AND ALL VENUES OPEN LATER IN THE AFTERNOON. OUR BOOKINGS TEAM WORK FROM 9AM EVERY DAY

WE KEEP LOST PROPERTY FOR 12 WEEKS BEFORE WE SORT TO EITHER LOCAL CHARITIES OR THE PROPERTY GET’S DESTROYED

IN THE CASE OF LOST BANK CARDS WE KEEP THESE FOR 4 WEEKS BEFORE DESTROYING. IF YOUR BANK CARD WAS IN A CARD SAFE AND YOU HAVE THE CARD SAFE KEY (WITH THE TAB NUMBER) THEN YOUR CARD IS STILL IN THAT SAFE FOR THE FULL 4 WEEKS

WE MAY REQUIRE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION IN SOME CASES
